After the shipment is created、 the warehouse is allocated and the following information is confirmed for booking:
All FBA warehouse addresses finally assigned (including FBA CODE)
Statistics of goods (total number of pieces: number of boxes or pallets/total gross weight KG/total volume CBM/single piece size)
Confirm the delivery address/delivery time/CONSIGNEE information with the customer service (as the importer)
The goods shall be packed in cartons or cardboard according to Amazon's requirements:
Small goods: stick SKU barcode;
Carton: in order to prevent falling off during transportation、 it is recommended to stick labels on all sides of the outer carton and cover it with transparent adhesive tape;
Card board: European standard (European standard card board/4way、 1.2M long * 0.8M wide * 1.6M high)
British standard (European standard card board/4way、 1.2M long * 0.8M wide * 1.7M high)
American standard (American standard card board/4way、 1.2M long * 1M wide * 1.8M high)
If the cargo exceeds half a pallet、 it needs to be palletized.
What information and documents should be provided by FBA for shipment
Express channel:
The original commercial fp of 1 type and 3 minutes shall be provided along with the goods;
In addition、 we need to provide an electronic version of the commercial fp to our company;
Sea/Air:
In case of no customs declaration document: just provide the electronic packing list in Chinese and English/fp (please go to the help center - data download)
To be noted: Shipment name/ID; Amazon Reference ID
A complete set of customs declaration materials shall be provided if there are customs declaration documents
Advantages of self built overseas warehouse: it can improve the delivery speed of products
Save logistics costs、 control the return and exchange of goods and after-sales service、 control the storage、 avoid the problem of warehouse explosion and logistics warehouse arrangement. It should be noted that the start-up capital of the self built overseas warehouse is relatively high in the early stage、 and the problems that need to be managed in different places and the risks that need to be borne are relatively high. If there are funds and goods in the early stage、 we can consider building our own overseas warehouse.

The cost is relatively low. Professional teaching can also save logistics costs. It has the advantage of centralized processing. There is no difference between off-season and peak season. Personnel management and control is simple. There are UPS or FEDEX accounts for centralized shipment at the end. The price must be much cheaper than that of individual overseas warehouses.
1. Freight accounting of international air transportation to foreign airports: total cost=unit price (price of each level) * weight+local CHARGE
Local CHARGE mainly includes: DOC bill of lading fee+CUS customs clearance fee+CISS entry fee (Shenzhen and Guangzhou do not charge)
Other possible expenses: vehicle inspection fee and inspection fee
Length multiplied by width multiplied by height/6000
2. Freight accounting of air transportation double clearance tax to Dubai: the goods are divided into ordinary goods、 brands、 sensitive goods、 etc.、 and the price of all inclusive goods is calculated according to different types. Double clearance of air transportation tax、 free door-to-door delivery to addresses within the scope of overseas delivery、 and remote fees are paid for those with remote overseas addresses.
3. Accounting of international marine full container or bulk cargo arriving at the port of destination:
From the factory to the ship: the towing fee from the factory to the wharf、 THC from the wharf、 lead sealing fee、 shipping company's document fee、 other miscellaneous fees at the wharf、 etc. (depending on different ports)
Sea transportation: sea freight、 sea surcharge、 etc
4. International shipping full container/bulk cargo double clearance accounting:
Full container and double clearance: calculate the full inclusive price of all the expenses of the trailer customs declaration、 sea transportation and customs clearance at the port according to the details of the goods
Double clearance of bulk cargo: calculated per cubic meter、 all inclusive to the destination
